 KADIFF APPOINTS DR. CHARLES OKWUOWULU AS HEAD, BOARD OF JURORS 


The Executive director Kaduna international film festival and Vice chairman Nigerian film festivals Association Audu Kashim Israel has approved the appointment of Dr. Charles Okwuowulu to serve as head board of jurors for the 8th Kaduna international film festival. 


Charles Okwuowulu is a film scholar and filmmaker. He was the Head of Theatre and Film Studies, (2018-2023) at Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He is a visiting scholar/lecturer at Gregory University, Uturu Abia State and Coal City Univerity Enugu State both in Nigeria.


His appointment is due to his experience and contributions to the film ecosystem both in Nigeria and Africa at large.

The nine - member board of jurors have been carefully appointed because they have proven to serve in fairness and bring in their wealth of experience.
