 FOUNDER OF KADIFF FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFUL AT EID - EL- FITR The founder of Kaduna International Film Festival KADIFF Audu Israel Kashim have felicitate with Muslim faithful around the world on this year's Eid-Ul-fitr celebration.   Audu have explained that Eid ul fitr is the ‘Feast of Breaking the Fast’. Eid ul Fitr is the first of the two official holidays in Islam. Falling on the first day of the Islamic calendar’s month of Shawwal, Eid ul Fitr is a festival organized with massive feasts all around the world to celebrate the gifts and blessings of Allah. Eid ul Fitr 2023 will begin on the evening of 20th April 2023 and end on the evening 21st April 2023. Eid ul Fitr symbolizes virtues like patience, piety, godliness and fortitude. It is a day of celebration as those who observe the fast during Ramadan receive the rewards of rigorous spiritual discipline and month-long worship.  KADIFF TO HOLD ITS FIRST SERIES OF FILM SUMMIT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AFRISTAR MEDIA  The Kaduna International Film festival will be holding its first series of film summit in partnership with Afristar media. The first state to host this northern film  summit is Kano state.   Audu Kashim Israel the founder of Kaduna International Film festival disclosed this earlier today to the media he noted that Kano state will be the first state because it has the large market and pratitioners of northern films although other 19 northern states have practitioners who are making films and we will reach those states Audu said.  The CEO Afristar media Mr Abdulrasheed Bello Jjcskillz have said this is what he does all his life now that he is in the North and Kano been where he grew up he will do his best to look at areas where the northern film industry popularly called "Kannywood" need support and make his contributions.  FOUNDER OF KADIFF FELICITATE WITH CHRISTIAN FAITHFUL AT EASTER   The founder of Kaduna International Film festival Audu Israel Kashim have felicitate with Christian faithful at Easter.  Audu explained that Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus from the tomb on the third day after his crucifixion (Good Friday). Easter is the fulfilled prophecy of the Messiah who would be persecuted, die for our sins, and rise on the third day (Isaiah 53). Remembering the resurrection of Jesus is a way to renew daily hope that we have victory over sin. This year's Easter falls on 9th April 2023 unlike Christmas the date changes each year. Easter follows a period of fasting called Lent, in which many churches set aside time for repentance and remembrance. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Good Friday, the day of Jesus' crucifixion. The 40 day period was established by Pope Gregory 1 using the 40-day pattern of Israel, Moses, Elijah, and Jesus' time in the wilderness. E
