KADIFF APPOINTS DR. VICTOR OKHAI AS HEAD OF JURY FOR THE SIXTH EDITION 

 The founder of Kaduna International Film festival Audu Israel Kashim have appointed Dr. Victor Okhai as the head of jury for the 6th Kaduna International Film festival as call for entries opens. 

 Those to serve in the board of jurors for the 6th edition are; 1. Dr. Victor Okhai - Jury Head (Nigeria) 2. Associate Prof. Atul Balaji Marewad (India) 3. Nino Triopiano (Italy) 4. Asha Lovelace (Trinidad and Tobago) 5. Gloria Anozie Young (Nigeria) 6. Maikudi Umar (Nigeria) 7. Alh. Abdullahi Maikano (Nigeria) 
 Dr. Victor Okhai is a seasoned producer, scriptwriter, cinematographer, director and film consultant, a one- time Presidential aspirant and candidate, current National President of the Directors’ Guild of Nigeria (DGN). He is founder and Director of IN-Short Film Festival, the biggest short film festival in Sub Saharan Africa, and a member of The Nigerian Oscar Selection Committee, NOSC. "The other members who cut across India, Trinidad and Tobago, Italy and host country Nigeria are Professionals in their various fields of the creative industry and no doubt I have confidence in them to deliver". Audu Kashim Israel, Founder and Executive director, Kaduna International Film festival said KADIFF is delighted to have Dr. Victor Okhai bring his decades worth of knowledge and experience of many years in the local and international film and television industry to this critical role. The past five editions of the festival have seen improvement and acceptance in the movie industry as such Okhai is needed at this time to grow this standard. We are certain his involvement in this edition will further reaffirm KADIFFs’ commitment to professionalism in recognizing and showcasing exceptional works on the continent and the world at large in the beautiful city of Kaduna". The festival is scheduled to hold later next year.  THE FOUNDER OF KADIFF AUDU KASHIM ISRAEL CONGRATULATES RAHAMA SADAU ON NEW APPOINTMENT  The founder of Kaduna international film festival and Vice chairman Nigerian film festivals Association Audu Kashim Israel has congratulated Rahama Sadau an actress who features on both Nollywood and Kannywood movies on her appointment to serve on the technical committee of the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprise (iDICE) programme. The Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprise (iDICE) programme is geared to provide strategic, technical, and operational support to the PCU and fund advisory board of the $617.7m iDICE program. The iDICE program is a collaborative effort between the government and international partners including the bank of industry, African development bank, French development agency and Islamic development bank. VICTOR OKHAI HEAD, BOARD OF JURORS  The founder of Kaduna international film festival and Vice Chairman Nigeria film festivals Association Audu Kashim Israel have reappointed Dr. Victor Okhai as head board of Jurors for the 7th edition of the festival. Dr. Okhai who headed the board of jurors for the 6th edition last year was committed to discharging his duties in fairness.
