KADUNA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL MOURNS A NOLLWOOD STAR LATE ADA AMEH

The founder of Kaduna International film festival Israel Kashim Audu have received the sad news of the death of a popular Nollywood actor with shock. "The Nigeria movie industry will miss you, you were a woman of humility, ever smiling even in difficult situations and always ready to give your best. You were hopeful to be at the 5th Kaduna international film festival. I will miss watching you on screen. Indeed Mental illness is real. You were not yourself since you buried your only child. I urge us to always check our mental state and try our best to check on each other. People are going through a lot silently" Audu said. Late Ada Ameh who spent more than two decades in the Nigerian movie industry was most notable for her character as Anita in the 1996 movie titled Domitilla and as Emu Johnson in the award winning Nigerian television series titled The Johnsons. May God comfort the family she left behind and the Nollywood family. Continue to rest in peace. Good night! Ambrose Fadoyin Personal Assistant to the founder KADIFF 18th July 2022
